How do I join?
You can sign up in-store with a cashier or by downloading the Clover app using the links above. It's quick, easy, and you'll earn your first points right away!
Is there a fee to join?

How do I use my loyalty account?
Simply give your phone number to the cashier when you make a purchase, or scan the QR code from the app.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at Poppop's Coffee Shop. Points are automatically added to your account when you check in with the cashier. For every 100 points, you get $10 in rewards to use.
Do I earn points on every purchase?
Yes, you will earn points on all food and beverage purchases.
What if I forget to check in at the time of my purchase?
Unfortunately, we cannot apply points to a transaction after it has been completed. Please make sure to provide your phone number or loyalty number to the cashier before you pay.
Can I earn points if I pay with cash?
Yes! You will earn points regardless of your payment method. Just provide your information to the cashier before you pay.
How do I see my points balance?
You can check your point balance at any time by logging into your account on the Clover app or by asking a cashier during your next visit.
What can I redeem my points for?
You can redeem your points for a variety of rewards, including coffee, pastries, and more.
Can I use my points on part of my purchase?
No, points must be redeemed for a specific reward and cannot be used as a partial payment for a different item.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
On the Clover app's login screen, you can use the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password.
I changed my phone number/email, how do I update my account?
You can update your personal information by logging into your account on the Clover app or by asking a staff member to assist you.
